This project was carried out to provide a continuous supply of the talc and barite required by a company operating in the drilling and industrial manufacturing sectors. Given the different technical properties of these two minerals, the customer’s requirements in terms of purity, specific gravity, moisture, mesh and consumption volume were reviewed at the outset. This stage was very important, since any change in raw material quality can affect the performance of the production or drilling process.

The talc for the project was selected based on its softness, uniformity and purity. After processing and milling, it was tested for particle size and moisture content. Because specific gravity is critical in the drilling industry, the barite was controlled even more closely for density, purity and particle size grading. Initial samples were provided to the customer for performance evaluation, and after approval, production and supply of the main shipment began.

At the packaging stage, methods were used that prevent moisture and contaminants from reaching the product. Given the large order volume, production and delivery were scheduled in phases so that the plant’s needs would be met continuously and its storage space could be managed more effectively. Coordination between the production, packaging and transport teams ensured that shipments reached the point of use on schedule and without interruption.

The successful completion of this project gave the customer access to a stable source of industrial talc and barite. Consistent material quality, regular deliveries and the ability to order in bulk were among the most important benefits of this collaboration. Through continuous quality monitoring and careful planning, Aban Powder was able to meet the client’s needs over different periods and lay the groundwork for long-term cooperation.
