In this project, micronized silica with uniform particle size grading and suitable purity was supplied for the production of various industrial adhesives and resins. Given the direct impact of silica quality on viscosity, strength, adhesion and stability of the final product, the technical specifications required by the production line were reviewed before the order was placed, and a suitable sample was provided to the client for initial testing.
After the sample was approved, production of the main shipment began with close control of mesh, moisture content and particle uniformity. The final product was processed to disperse well in chemical compounds and to prevent lumping or settling in the formulation. Sampling and quality control were carried out at every stage of production to keep the product properties consistent across the entire shipment.
After final approval, the silica was packed in durable packaging suitable for mineral materials and delivered to the point of use according to the plant’s schedule. The project ensured a stable supply of raw material, improved the quality of the client’s products and reduced problems caused by fluctuations in silica specifications on the production line.
